About accommodation
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. (We also have a plan with a 12:00 check-out time.)
In addition, if you plan to arrive late or depart early, our staff will be on standby 24 hours a day, so please rest assured.
- Can I send my luggage before check-in?
- Yes, it is possible.

- The desks in our rooms are equipped with modular jacks and LAN cables so you can enjoy high-speed internet.
If you bring your own computer, you can use it free of charge. However, please note that you may not be able to get a sufficient speed depending on the usage of other customers.
You can also use WI-FI. There is a computer in front of the front desk on the first floor that you can use for free.

- Reservations are required. As the number of spaces is limited, please make a reservation in advance by phone.
The multi-storey parking lot can accommodate a total of six cars: four for regular cars (up to 155 cm in height) and two for high-roof cars (up to 210 cm in height). For more information, please see the transportation information.

- How much is the charge for extended use after the room check-out time?
- Extension fee is 1000 yen per hour. Maximum extension is until 13:00. Please contact us for any extension after that.
